1. Who we are

2. The service

We provide Sharecard, a service that generates social share images for posts on your Ghost site and sets them through the Ghost Admin API (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing, you agree to these terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since sign-in links are sent there. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Service. You keep ownership of the content you create with it.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Changes

We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days in advance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia.
